Sources and Background of Data

As a base resource for American Battle Graves Archive we have relied on data available through U.S. government archives and other public resources.

Specific sources of information include American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

The Boston Globe has compared our search tools and directories to Yahoo! while the New York Times has declared our products “most user-friendly” in reviews of competing websites. The London Times even went so far as to make the claim that one of our database systems was superior to Google in identifying granular content related to online archives.

Our agency was previously known as “Discovery Media”, however in 2012 we established the new identity of “Crafted Knowledge” to more accurately reflect our direction and purpose.
